Most items purchased from Industry of All Nations online can be exchanged or returned at any retail location.

Our Policy

Industry of All Nations is committed to manufacturing all sustainable goods in communities where processes and raw materials originate. Due to the nature of our productions based in different communities throughout the world - not made in one factory or through one single process, but those that represent the beautiful diversity of cultures - variations in sizing, care instructions, and finished product do occur. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of any items, please feel free to make a return or exchange.

 Please note the following limitations:

• Exchanges must be initiated within 45 days of order date
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order date
• Shipping fees are not included in refunds
• Orders placed between Nov 25 - Dec 25, 2023 can be returned or exchanged through Feb 15, 2024 
• Undergarments are not eligible for return/exchange. The Panamericana Chair is not eligible for free return shipping.
• Discounted or sample sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Industry of All Nations is not responsible for any lost shipments.
• All return/exchange items must be in unwashed and unworn condition

Exchanges

We are happy to process exchanges free of charge. All exchanges must be initiated within 45 days of purchase.

Orders placed between Nov 25 - Dec 25, 2023 can be returned or exchanged through Feb 15, 2024

Please use the link at the top of this page to begin an exchange. Using the provided label, exchange items can be placed into their original packaging, or any box or envelope, and dropped off at your nearest USPS location.

Returns

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Your original payment will have an $8 restocking fee deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are not eligible for refunds. If the item is defective or if you received the wrong item we will process a return free of charge.
