Please consider: all products experience regular wear and tear. The repairs team does not accept worn out socks, undergarments, footwear, or furniture.
For repairs, pay only for the shipping to our HQ if you cannot bring it to one of our shop locations.
For re-dyeing, a cost estimate will be provided based on the specifics of your IOAN product prior to bringing it to one of our shop locations or mailing it to IOAN HQ. For the time being, we are only re-dyeing indigo garments.
