Hiring e-commerce Manager

We’re looking for an e-commerce manager to join our LA based team!

Industry of All Nations is searching for a like-minded, passionate human to manage our upcoming redesigned web to be launched in the coming months. Along with meeting the recommended requirements, our ideal candidate is someone who will thrive taking the IOAN message of betterment to the world.

Responsibilities:

Absorb all things IOAN and use website as a platform to spread change to every corner of the world.
Use web analytical tools/data to optimize customer experience and improve engagement, increasing conversion and average order size.
Increase customer acquisition and growth via SEO, SEM
Resolve all E-Commerce customer service inquiries.
Coordinate, merchandise, and market IOAN digital experience: Review and update photos, copy, newsletter, and inventory.
-Organize and help manage photo sessions w/ freelancers
-Craft monthly IOAN Newsletter with Creative team
-Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse team to ensure inventory is a true reflection of what is available at all times
Required: 1-2+ years experience working in an E-commerce management position.

Additional desired experience:

Working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator.
Experience using Shopify
